At ESAO (Essay Analytic Online), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of both students and lecturers at STT Terpadu Nurul Fikri.
1. Data We Collect
We only collect data essential for the operation of this platform, including Name, Student ID/Email, exam answers (essays), and account preferences.
2. Data Usage
The collected data is strictly used for academic purposes, namely user authentication and exam grading processing. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
3. AI Usage (Gemini API)
To automatically grade essays, student answers are sent encrypted via the Sumopod API to the Gemini Model. This data is only processed temporarily to generate scores and feedback, and is NOT used by Google to train their public AI models.
4. Cookie Usage
We use Essential Cookies solely to keep your login session secure and to remember interface preferences (such as language selection). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
5. Data Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. Exam access for students is also protected using unique tokens randomly generated by the respective lecturers.
